Ahead of the Event
BEFORE THE EVENT
- Register your booth team. Each person who will scan leads must be registered for SPC Impact 2026.

Our team will then add you as a booth admin the back end of the exhibitor portal so that anyone registred for the event from your company has access to scan and download lead
3 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT – WHEN THE APP IS LAUNCHED

Download the GreenBlue Events app on your phone from the App Store or Google Play.

Log in using the same email address used to register for the event
Please note the attendee app is used for lead scanning and will be launched 3 weeks pre-event, you will not be able to download the app until then.
How To Scan Leads
HOW TO CAPTURE A LEAD WITH QR CODE

Open the GreenBlue Events app.

Click the Profile Icon > My Booth > Add by Lead by QR Code

Scan the QR code on the attendee’s badge using your phone camera and the attendee’s information will appear.

Add notes if desired (e.g., interests, follow-up items).

Tap Save to store the lead.
Chat & Book Meetings With Your Leads
HOW TO START A CHAT
- My Booth > Leads List

Use the search bar to find the person you want to message > Tap their profile > Tap Message.

Type your message and tap Send.
HOW TO BOOK A MEETING
- My Booth > Leads List

Use the search bar to find the person you want to message > Tap their profile >Tap Request Meeting.

Choose a time and location (for example, your booth) > Add an optional message or meeting purpose.

Tap Send Request.
Accessing Your Leads
VIEWING & DOWNLOAD YOUR LEADS

Open the My Booth section in the app.

Select Leads List
-
Tap on any lead to review/edit their information and any notes added and download the list.
