EXHIBITOR LEADCAPTURE APP
We’re excited to roll out our new LeadCapture App powered by Accelevents, this is an app on your phone or tablet that will allow exhibitors to scan attendees, lead score them, leave notes, and download a report.
The exhibitor will log in to the attendee app and open “My QR” or “Add Leads By QR Code” to start scanning the attendee’s QR code or RFID badge. Then, the attendee’s information will appear on the screen after it recognizes the QR or badge. The exhibitor can then add notes and other information about the attendee and save it. The saved information will be added to the leads list and can be downloaded later.
THIS IS THE SAME APP AS THE ATTENDEE EVENT APP. YOU MUST BE AN EXHIBITOR ADMIN OR LEAD RETRIEVER ON YOUR EXHIBITOR PORTAL TO SCAN AND VIEW LEADS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ON BEING ADDED AS A BOOTH ADMIN, PLEASE REACH OUT TO LAUREN.FRANCIS@GREENBLUE.ORG.
GETTING ACCESS TO THE LEADCAPTURE APP
Step 1 – Doublecheck you are a exhibitor admin or a lead retriever on the Exhibitor Portal.
- Only exhibitor admin and lead retrievers are allowed to scan and view leads.
- If you have any questions on adding booth staff and admin to your exhibitor portal, please email lauren.francis@greenblue.org
Step 2 – Download the app
- Download the Accelevents app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and login with your registration email.
HOW TO SCAN AND QUALIFY LEADS
Option 1: Scan the Attendee’s Badge
Exhibitors must log in to the attendee app to scan the attendee QR code and save them as a lead.

Log in to the app

Enter the event

Click the profile icon in the upper right corner

Select the My Booth tab

Click Add Lead By QR Code. This will open the mobile camera

Scan the attendee’s QR code using the mobile camera

After scanning, the attendee’s name, email, and phone number are populated.

Enter the other information given by the lead in the note field.

Click Save.
Option 2: Enter Manually
- If the attendee does not provide their QR code, exhibitors can manually enter the information. From the My Booth tab, select Add Lead Manually.
SYNCING AND EXPORTING LEADS
Sync Your Leads
- After the event, ensure you connect the device to Wi-Fi to sync all of the leads to the server. If leads are not synced, your exhibitor admin will not be able to export the leads you collected. Verify that the leads have synced by checking the home screen.
Export Your Leads Post Event
- Click the Leads List from the My Booth tab to see if the leads are saved. From here you can the edit the lead information. You can download the leads list on your phone or computer during the event.
