AV & POWER INFORMATION

Pinnacle Live will be in charge of exhibitor AV & Power needs for the event, and will help with any AV equipment for your booth.

To ensure that electrical needs are safely met, Pinnacle Live requires at least two 2 weeks advance notification of each Exhibitor’s electrical specifications. Rush charges will apply if they have not received at least two 2 weeks advance notification.

ORDERING AV & POWER

Pinnacle uses a self-service ordering portal (link will be added soon). A/V requests are due no later than April 6th.

Below is the link to Encore’s portal. Exhibitors can order a range of services including power drops, video monitors, cables, lighting and laptops.

ORDERING FURNITURE?

XXX will be in charge of furniture for the event and can help with any furniture needs for your booth. If you would like to order additional furniture for your booths, please reach out to XXX at XXX.

To ensure furniture availability and sourcing, all furniture orders must be placed by Monday, April 6th. Please note, you are responsible for all associated costs with any furniture upgrades you decide to make. Your booth will come with a 6ft table and 2 chairs.

Summer Events Party Rental Company will be in charge of furniture for the event and can help with any furniture needs for your booth. If you would like to order additional furniture for your booths, you can build a cart through their website, or email Summer Sheldon at summer@southerneventsonline.com. Please specify that your order is for SPC Impact 2026.
