???? Before You Ship

Shipping materials to and from Converge Vienna.

  • The Vienna International Center will accept materials on Wednesday, July 8, Thursday, July 9 & Friday, July 10 2026.
  • Packages that arrive early may be refused as the storage facilities are limited.
  • Vienna International Centre (VIC) Post Office Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • VIC Post Office Contact Number: +43 1 26060-4032 ext 5751
  • Please inform your shipping supplier of the time frame window for deliveries to avoid unnecessary delays or complications.

????️ Sending Packages

All items being sent to the venue should clearly be labelled using the Exhibitor Shipping Label Standards below:

???? Arrival & Pick-Up

When you arrive to setup…

  • Go straight to the Vienna International Centre (VIC), M Building. There you will need to go through the airport style security process please bring your passport with you to have your security badge created.
  • Head to – M Level 01 Exhibition Area 2
  • Your packages should be at your booth space. Please call Barbara Fowler on 434 270 3123 if you are having any issues.
  • If you need to store anything we will show you the storage area.

???? Shipping Out After the Show

  • Have all outbound shipments ready during move-out
    (11:30AM – 2:30PM) on Thursday, July 16th, 2026.
  • A GreenBlue member will be in the Exhibit Area to assist with outbound packages. During this time, shipping supplies will be available to support all of your packaging & shipping needs.

    • ???? Shipping Out After the Show

    Follow these steps to expedite processing of your packages:

    • Create an outbound shipping label and be sure to include a courier account number, as well as your personal or business return address and not the address of the property.
    • Ensure all of your packages are properly sealed.
    • Affix the label to each outgoing package.
    • Take your package(s) to the VIC Post Office located on the first floor of the C building.
    • Once you have completed the steps above, the VIC Post Office will process your package(s) and securely store them until released to the carrier. Retain your tracking number(s) and you’re all set!

    • Label clearly — easy labels reduce lost or misplaced materials.
    • Pack smart — consolidate boxes when you can to make handling easier and cheaper
    • Plan ahead — shipping timelines can be tight, so early planning is your friend.

    Shipping Instructions

    LABELING

    In order to avoid confusion or misplaced materials, all items being sent to the venue should clearly be labelled using the Exhibitor Shipping Label Standards to the left. Please include:

    • VIENNA INTERNATIONAL CENTRE (VIC)
    • M-Building – [Converge GreenBlue Event – Exhibitor (add booth number and company name)
    • ATTN: TBC
    • Wagramer Strasse 5
    • Gate 1 (Delivery Entrance)
    • 1400 Vienna

    ARRIVAL & SETUP

    When you arrive to setup…

    SHIPPING ITEMS BACK FROM THE EVENT

    SHIP OUT

    Shipments need to be 100% ready for shipping out by the Exhibitor Move Out Time between 11:30AM – 2:30PM on Thursday, July 16th, 2026. 

    A GreenBlue member will be in the Exhibit Area to assist with outbound packages. During this time, shipping supplies will be available to support all of your packaging & shipping needs.
