HOW TO REGISTER
To register for the event please go to our website using the link below. Your additional sponsor passes should already be available in the back end but if you have any issues please contact us.
Regular Fee Activates: Friday, March 6th at 5pm ET (this only applies to member & non-member tickets not sponsor tickets)
Late Fee Activates: Friday, June 5th at 5pm ET, 2026 (this only applies to member & non-member tickets not sponsor tickets)
Registration Close Date: Friday, July 10th, 2026 *The SPC reserves the right to close registration earlier than the date specified depending on when the event reaches registration capacity.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to register for the event ASAP. We have had to close registration early for previous events due to the event selling out and do not want our exhibitors missing out on attendance.
REGISTRATION POLICIES
REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS
If your plans change and you can’t attend the event, please contact us to notify us of your cancellation. This will help us to prevent food waste and plan our space more accurately.
REGISTRATION TRANSFERS
Registrations are non-transferable. If you cannot attend the event, please still notify us by Monday, July 6th and we will cancel your existing registration. If you were registered under a complimentary sponsor ticket this will free up that spot for someone else from your company to use.
REGISTRATION REFUNDS
Paid registrations are not refundable. This includes tours and the carbon fee.
HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CONFERENCE ATTENDEES
We don’t have an official room block at a hotel but our friends at the Vienna Convention Bureau sent us a list of recommended hotels in Vienna’s 1st district (a short metro ride away from the VIC):
