Booth Materials

Each 8 (wide) x 6′ (deep) booth area will be set one 6ft table (not draped) and two chairs. The booths and exhibit areas have tiled flooring and lots of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows behind them.

All other materials, signage etc. is to be shipped and set up by exhibitors.

Exhibitors will have access to a storage room. We will show you where this is once on site. Please use this room to store packaging/boxes etc to keep the booths looking neat & tidy.

All exhibitor packing containers, wrapping materials and display materials must be removed from behind booths and placed in storage. All empty cartons must be removed for storage or they will be removed as trash.

Any excessive trash which consists of display materials, carpet, padding, crates and/or pallets must be organized with the venue on site. Excessive booth materials and/or literature left in the booth at the end of the published exhibitor move-out that is not labeled for an outbound shipment will be considered abandoned and deemed as trash.

Please also do your best to use recyclable materials for promotional items and try to minimize waste when creating and gathering your assets for your booth.
