EXHIBITOR SET UP

Time: 2:00pm – 6:00pm

Location: Vienna International Centre (VIC), M Building – M Level 01 Exhibition Area 2

Details: ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP BY 7:00 AM ON WEDNESDAY, 7/15 AT THE VERY LATEST AS THE EXHIBIT HALL WILL BE OPEN AT 8AM

If you are delayed in setting up your booth due to travel delays or other extenuating circumstances, please make sure to let Lauren Francis know ASAP by emailing lauren.francis@greenblue.org

ARRIVAL AND SETUP

When you arrive to setup…

Go straight to the M Level 01 Exhibition Area 2. We will arrange to have your packages delivered to your booth for you to immediately start your set up.

• • Please note you will not have access after 6pm on Tuesday 07/14.

STORAGE

Exhibitors will have access to a storage room which we can direct you to when you arrive. Please use this room to store packaging/boxes etc. to keep the booths looking neat & tidy.

SECURITY & REGISTRATION CHECK IN OPEN FOR TOURS 7:30AM – 1:00PM

The Vienna International Centre has airport-style security procedures for all visitors. Please bring your passport with you to get through security and be issued a security badge.

All exhibitors also need to check in at registration and pick up their name badge (7:30 AM onwards) if you are headed on any tours. Name Badges should be worn at all times during the event including off-site events (tours, evening socials, etc.). We do not have any sessions on Tuesday.
