AV & POWER INFORMATION

The Vienna International Center will be in charge of exhibitor AV & Power needs for the event, and will help with any AV equipment for your booth.

To ensure that electrical needs are safely met, they require at least two 3 weeks advance notification of each Exhibitor’s electrical specifications. Rush charges may apply if they have not received at least two 2=3 weeks advance notification.
