🧰 Booth Equipment
- Each 10′ x 8′ booth includes an 8′ back drape, 3′ side drapes, one 6′ draped table, and two chairs.
- Any additional furniture, signage, or display materials should be shipped and arranged directly by your team.
- If you would like to order additional furniture, flooring, OR POWER etc. please see the AV page for more information.
📦 Exhibitor Storage
- Exhibitors may use Music Row 3 (Level 2) to store empty boxes and packing materials.
- Any empty cartons left behind booths may be discarded, so be sure to move them to storage.
- Let us know if you need assistance. & thank you for helping us keep the floor looking its best!
🗑️ Exhibitor Trash
- Please ensure all booth materials and literature are either taken with you or clearly labeled for return shipment before the end of move-out.
- Items left behind without labels may need to be discarded by the venue.
- Choose recyclable materials whenever possible
- We truly appreciate your efforts to help us create a more sustainable event experience.
