EXHIBITOR SET UP
Time: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
Location: Broadway A-F on the 2nd floor
Details: ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP BY 7:00 AM ON TUESDAY, 4/21 AT THE VERY LATEST AS THE EXHIBIT HALL WILL BE OPEN AT 8AM
If you are delayed in setting up your booth due to travel delays or other extenuating circumstances, please make sure to let Lauren Francis know ASAP by emailing lauren.francis@greenblue.org
ARRIVAL AND SETUP
When you arrive to setup…
Go straight to the UPS office on Level 3 to organize payment of the handling fee, you can either take your own boxes (quicker) or ask UPS to deliver them up to your booth if heavy, then head to Broadway A – F on the 2nd floor.

- Please note the UPS office closes at 6pm!
UPS is not authorized to leave packages unattended in meeting rooms.
Exhibitors will need to sign for the delivery and approve any charges for handling and delivery fees.
STORAGE
Exhibitors have access to the XXX on the XX floor. Please use this room to store packaging/boxes etc. to keep the booths looking neat & tidy.
TUESDAY, APRIL 21ST, 2026
CHECK IN & EXHIBIT HALL OPEN 8:00AM – 5:00PM
All exhibitors need to check in at registration and pick up their name badge (7:00 AM onwards) before heading to their booth or to any sessions or tours. Name Badges should be worn at all times during the event including off-site events (tours, evening socials, etc.).
Please head to Broadway A-F on the 2nd floor to staff your booth. The times with the heaviest foot traffic in the exhibit hall on Tuesday will be:
- 8:00 AM | Exhibit Hall Open
- 8:00 – 9:00 AM | Breakfast
- 12:00 – 1:15 PM | Lunch
- 3:30 – 4:15 PM | Afternoon Break
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22ND, 2026
EXHIBIT HALL OPEN 8:00AM – 5:00 PM
The times with the heaviest foot traffic in the exhibit hall on Wednesday will be:
- 8:00 AM | Exhibit Hall Open
- 8:00 – 9:00 AM | Breakfast
- 12:00 – 1:15 PM | Lunch
- 3:10- 3:55 PM | Afternoon Break
THURSDAY, APRIL 23RD, 2026
EXHIBITOR HALL OPEN 8:00AM – 5:00 PM & MOVE OUT
The times with the heaviest foot traffic in the exhibit hall on Thursday will be:
- 8:00 AM | Exhibit Hall Open
- 8:00 – 9:00 AM | Breakfast
- 10:20 – 10:50 AM | Morning Break
- XX | Lunch
- XX | Afternoon Break
Exhibitor Move Out begins at 5:00 PM.
All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 7:00 PM. You are responsible for labelling your shipments and organizing pick up.
