Registration late fee activates for complimentary member and additional member tickets (does not apply to sponsor passes).
Monday, March 30
Book your hotel. The special rate at the host hotel will end on this date and a $300 External Accommodations Commitment Fee will be sent to attendees who do not book within our room block at the Omni Nashville. Please see our event policies for more details.
Monday, April 6
Deadline to contact Encore with any electrical booth requirements to receive advanced rate pricing. See AV & Furniture page for details.
Monday, April 13
The hotel will accept logged shipments which have been correctly labeled for exhibits.
Sunday, April 19
Registration closes. Please note that the SPC reserves the right to close registration earlier than the date specified depending on when the event reaches registration capacity.
On-Site
Tuesday, April 21
1pm – 6pmExhibit Halls open for booth set-up.
Go straight to the UPS Business Center to pay for your packages then head to the Exhibit Hall (Broadway A-F on Level 2). UPS will deliver your packages to your booth.
Wednesday, April 22 – Thursday, April 23
All DayEvent is live and Exhibit Halls are open.
Thursday, April 23
5pm – 7pmExhibitor move-out window. All shipments to be labeled and collection organized.
