🚚 Before You Ship

Shipping materials to and from SPC Impact.

  • Shipments are accepted starting Monday, April 13 at the venue.
  • Early packages may have extra storage fees.
  • Please set up a UPS account if you don’t already have one – This will make pick-up and delivery smoother.

πŸ“¦ Sending Packages

When Labelling your packages please include;

  • Your company name & booth number
  • Contact phone
  • Show name & dates
  • Venue address
  • Total pieces

πŸ“ Arrival & Pick-Up

When you arrive to set up:

  • Head to the UPS Office (Level 3) to collect/pay for packages.
  • Either bring your own boxes up (often quicker) or ask UPS to deliver them to your booth.
  • Store extra packing materials in Music Row 3 (Level 2).

    Important: UPS can’t leave packages unattended in meeting rooms β€” someone must sign for them.

πŸ“‹ Pre-Arrange Handling Fees

The hotel works exclusively with UPS for all shipping, receiving, and storage.

  • All inbound and outbound packages will incur handling fees.
  • Complete the HC PM Credit Card Authorization Form
  • Email it to mailto:store6468@theupsstore.com
  • Call UPS to provide your credit card details by phone

πŸ“¦ Shipping Out After the Show

  • Have all outbound shipments ready during move-out (3:45 PM – 7:00 PM) on Thursday
  • Visit the UPS team in the Exhibit Hall or Store to ship your items back.
  • Make sure all boxes are labeled with your return address and UPS account number.
  • Keep your tracking numbers β€” you’re all set!

  • Plan ahead β€” shipping timelines can be tight, so early planning is your friend.
