EXHIBITOR SET UP
Time: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Location: Broadway A–F (Level 2)
We’re excited to welcome you for set-up! Please ensure your booth is fully set by 7:00 AM on Wednesday, 4/22, as the Exhibit Hall opens at 8:00 AM. If you experience travel delays or unexpected issues, please email Lauren Francis at lauren.francis@greenblue.org so we can support you.
ARRIVAL AND SETUP
When you arrive, please stop at the UPS Office (Level 3) to pay handling fees. You may bring boxes up yourself (often quickest) or request UPS delivery to your booth.
- UPS closes at 6:00 PM
- Packages cannot be left unattended
- Exhibitors must sign for deliveries and approve handling charges
- Store empty boxes and packing materials in Music Row 3 (Level 2) to keep the hall neat.
REGISTRATION CHECK IN OPEN & TOURS 7:00AM – 3:00PM
- Check in at Registration (7:00 AM–3:00 PM) to pick up your badge before set-up or tours.
- Badges must be worn at all times, including off-site events.
- No programmed sessions will take place on Tuesday.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22ND 2026
EXHIBIT HALL OPEN 8:00AM – 5:00 PM
The Exhibit Hall will be open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We encourage you to be at your booth and ready to connect throughout the day — especially during our peak traffic times below.
- 8:00 AM | Exhibit Hall Open
- 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM | Breakfast
- 10:30 AM – 11:15 AM | Morning Break
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM | Lunch
- 3:00 PM – 3:40 PM | Afternoon Break
These windows are fantastic opportunities to spark conversations and maximize engagement.
THURSDAY, APRIL 23RD 2026

We’re looking forward to a great last day in the Exhibit Hall! The doors open at 8:00 AM, and we encourage you to be at your booth and ready to connect — especially during our busiest times:

EXHIBITOR MOVE OUT
Move-Out will begin at 3:45 PM. Please ensure all materials are packed and removed from the facility by 6:30 PM. Be sure your return shipments are clearly labeled and that pick-ups have been arranged in advance.
