- Pinnacle Live will be in charge of exhibitor AV & Power needs for the event, and will help with any AV equipment for your booth.
- You can order power drops, monitors, cables, lighting, laptops, and more through Encore’s online portal
- Orders and electrical specs are due by April 6 to avoid rush fees.

🪑 Furniture
- Your booth comes with a 6 ft table and 2 chairs. If you’d like additional furniture or upgrades, you can order them directly through Southern Events Rental Company.
- You can build a cart through their website, or email Summer Sheldon at summer@southerneventsonline.com.
- Please specify that your order is for SPC Impact 2026.
- Tip: Plan early to secure the pieces you want before availability changes.
