EXHIBITOR SET UP
Time: 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Location: Ensemble ABC on the 2nd floor
Details: ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP BY 7:00 AM ON THURSDAY, 10/2 AT THE VERY LATEST AS THE EXHIBIT HALL WILL BE OPEN AT 8AM
If you are delayed in setting up your booth due to travel delays or other extenuating circumstances, please make sure to let Lauren Francis know ASAP by emailing lauren.francis@greenblue.org
ARRIVAL AND SETUP
When you arrive to setup…
- Go straight to the FedEx office on level 3 to organize payment and delivery for your packages to your booth, then head to Ensemble ABC on the 2nd floor
- Please note the FedEx office closes at 6pm on Wednesday
- FedEx will deliver your packages to your booth
FedEx Office is not authorized to leave packages unattended in meeting rooms.
Exhibitors will need to sign for the delivery and approve any charges for handling and delivery fees.
STORAGE
Exhibitors have access to the Center Stage Room on the 2nd floor.
Please use this room to store packaging/boxes etc. to keep the booths looking neat & tidy.
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 2ND, 2025
CHECK IN & EXHIBIT HALL OPEN 7:00AM – 5:00PM & MOVE-OUT
All exhibitors need to check in at registration and pick up their name badge (7:00 AM onwards) before heading to their booth or to any sessions or tours. Name Badges should be worn at all times during the event including off-site events (tours, evening socials, etc.).
Please head to Ensemble ABC on the 2nd floor to staff your booth. The times with the heaviest foot traffic in the exhibit hall on Thursday will be:
- 8:00 AM | Exhibit Hall Open
- 8:00 – 8:45 AM | Breakfast
- 10:00 -10:30 AM | Networking Break
- 12:00 – 1:00 PM | Lunch
- 3:10 – 3:40 PM | Afternoon Break
Exhibitor Move Out begins at 5:00 PM.
All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 7:00 PM. You are responsible for labelling your shipments and organizing pick up with the Fedex Office.
