Hotel Policy For Conference Attendees
To support the success of our event and to ensure the best experience for our attendees, we have secured a discounted room block at the Town and Country Resort San Diego. Staying at the host hotel not only offers convenience but also helps us meet our contractual commitments and keep event costs manageable for everyone.
A $300 non-compliance fee will be sent to attendees who do not book within our room block at the Town and Country Resort San Diego. You will receive an email with a payment link the week before the event to settle this charge.
To avoid this fee please reserve your room using the exclusive booking link provided here and in your registration confirmation email.

Registration Transfers
Registrations are non-transferable. If you can please still notify the GreenBlue Events Team by Friday, September 25th, 2026 by email to h2revents@greenblue.org, we will cancel your existing registration. If you were registered under a complimentary member or sponsor ticket this will free up that spot for someone else from your company to use.
Registration Refunds & Cancellations
Paid registrations are not refundable. This includes the carbon fee.
If your plans change and you can no longer attend the event, please contact h2revents@greenblue.org to notify us of your cancellation. This will help us prevent food waste and plan our space more accurately.
