Staying at the host hotel not only offers convenience but also helps us meet our contractual commitments and keep event costs manageable for everyone.

Attendees who choose accommodations outside of the official room blocks will be required to contribute $300 to our External Accommodations Commitment Fee. This fee helps offset the financial impact to the event when our room block commitments are not met. A payment link will be sent via email the week before the event.
