To ensure a successful and seamless experience for all attendees, we’ve secured discounted room block at the Town and Country Resort San Diego. Booking within this room block helps us fulfill our hotel agreements, manage event costs, and continue offering high-quality event programs.

Attendees who choose accommodations outside of the official room blocks will be required to contribute $300 to our External Accommodations Commitment Fee. This fee helps offset the financial impact to the event when our room block commitments are not met. A payment link will be sent via email the week before the event.

Registrations are non-transferable. If you can please still notify the SPC Events Team by Friday, September 25th, 2026 by email to spcevents@greenblue.org, we will cancel your existing registration. If you were registered under a complimentary member or sponsor ticket this will free up that spot for someone else from your company to use.

Paid registrations are not refundable. This includes the carbon fee.

If your plans change and you can no longer attend the event, please contact spcevents@greenblue.org to notify us of your cancellation. This will help us prevent food waste and plan our space more accurately.
