Zach Muscato is the Director of Sustainability and Innovation at Plastic Ingenuity, a leading custom thermoforming company based in Madison, Wisconsin. With more than 20 years in the thermoformed packaging industry, he brings deep expertise in product development and commercial strategy to his work. Zach leads initiatives that help organizations achieve their sustainability goals through innovative, practical solutions that drive meaningful change across the packaging value chain. His leadership in sustainable packaging earned him recognition as a Notable Leader in Sustainability by Plastics News. He serves on the board of the National Association for PET Container Resources (NAPCOR), is Vice Chair of the PLASTICS Recycling Committee, sits on the executive committee of the Healthcare Plastics Recycling Council (HPRC), and is an Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR) PET Technical Committee member.
