Sarah Paleg is the Director of Sustainability for the Flexibles business group in North America, where she partners with customers on packaging sustainability strategy and leads internal efforts on sustainable manufacturing. With a background in chemical engineering and expertise in sustainability strategy, she focuses on advancing circular solutions in the flexible packaging industry.
Prior to joining Amcor, Sarah worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, partnering with Fortune 500 companies to develop and implement decarbonization and sustainability strategies across industries. She brings a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities in translating sustainability goals into action.
Sarah holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
