Rob is a member of the Executive Leadership team at the Foundation, where he leads the Plastics Mission. In this role, Rob works with businesses, governments, and NGOs to eliminate the plastics we don’t need, and circulate the plastics we still use. Under Rob’s leadership, the Foundation has united over 1,000 organisations behind a common circular economy vision through its Global Commitment and Plastics Pacts network. Currently, Rob is focused on driving collaborative action and advocating for policy change towards the vision, including through the Business Coalition for a Global Plastics Treaty. Before arriving at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Rob worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. A computer scientist by training, he also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
