Noah Gajda is a Principal Scientist in Packaging R&D at Kraft Heinz. In his current position, Noah works on a team focused on addressing critical business strategies and ESG commitments through technology unlocks and partnerships. He has experience working on innovation, quality improvement and sustainability projects, with an extra passion for recyclability. Noah has over 10 years’ experience working in R&D within the food and medical industries, with over half of that time working solely on packaging. Noah holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree from the University of Michigan, both in Materials Science and Engineering.
