In 2014 Michelle co-founded Lorax EPI as a specialist Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting company, designed to help companies manage the escalating scope and complexity of this growing legislation. In her role as COO she oversees the Customer Service side of the company, developing develop strategic relationships with clients and ensuring the solutions Lorax EPI provide meet customer needs.
