Kate Bailey is the Chief Policy Officer for the Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR), the only North American organization focused exclusively on improving the recycling of plastics. Kate leads APR’s advocacy at state, federal, and global levels. She has successfully worked with governments, consumer goods companies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to pass several leading policies to improve recycling, including Colorado’s EPR for Packaging program in 2022. She is based in Colorado.
