Jeffrey Fielkow is a four-time CEO with a career defined in sustainability, packaging, and corporate leadership. He currently serves as CEO of Circular Action Alliance, a leading Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) with 23 Founding Member multinational brands to advance extended producer responsibility (EPR) for packaging and paper. He also serves on the Board of Directors at TriMas Corporation (NASDAQ: TRS), where he provides strategic oversight as the Chair of the compensation committee and a member of the Governance & Nominating Committees. In 2025, Mr Fielkow was appointed to the board of Directors at Green Blue Organization where he’s helping to advance its mission of transforming the materials economy from sustainable to regenerative, just and sustainable.
With decades of experience in packaging and sustainability, Fielkow has held leadership roles at Tetra Pak, Waste Management, ReCommunity, and ID Images. He has a strong track record of optimizing shareholder value through Organic Growth, M&A transactions, P&L management, and operational excellence, successfully scaling businesses ranging from pre-revenue startups to $1 billion+ businesses.
Fielkow holds an MBA from Marquette University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His leadership philosophy centers on the intersection of purpose and profit and is driven by innovation, accountability, and sustainable business transformation.
