She currently leads US EPR reporting and circularity compliance at tms, McDonald’s primary strategic partner for packaging procurement, design, and implementation. In her role, she focuses on building data readiness and reporting strategies to meet rapidly evolving state-level EPR requirements, translating complex data from high-volume, single-use packaging systems into actionable and cost-effective solutions. She works cross-functionally with partners throughout the value chain, keeping sustainability metrics at the forefront of reporting efforts. Previously, she led the US packaging and plastics division at Quantis, where she advised Fortune 500 companies on ecodesign, circularity, and EPR readiness initiatives. Emily also brings deep technical expertise in life cycle assessment (LCA) and has served inadvisory roles for plastic environmental impact quantification.
