Dustin is the Director of Engineering, Pulp & Paper for Sabert Corporation, where he has dedicated his 14-year career to driving systemic change across the Pulp and Paper industry. A specialist in commercialization, Dustin excels at the critical “middle ground” of innovation; taking complex R&D concepts and scaling them into viable, high-volume manufacturable products. His technical foundation is rooted in a triple Bachelor of Science in Paper Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. Having lived and worked in six states – from Minnesota to South Carolina and now Arkansas Dustin brings a national perspective to the challenge of sustainable scale.
