Amelia Landers is a vp of Product Experience Innovation at Starbucks. She leads a team responsible for sustainable packaging, store equipment, and the Tryer Innovation Center. In this role, she sets strategies to re-imagine Starbucks iconic cup and packaging. [Examples include the “strawless lid”, compostable straws and cups, and reusable cup programs.] Prior to this role, Amelia led the Starbucks Beverage business, where she launched record breaking products including Unicorn Frappuccino and Nitro Cold Brew. Prior to Starbucks, Amelia worked at Procter & Gamble in Brand Management, with responsibility over Gillette NA business and global brand. Amelia earned an MBA from Babson College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Boston University. She lives in Seattle with her husband and two young children. Amelia’s go to beverage every morning is a tall Americano, in a personal cup of course.
