Allison Lin is the Global VP of Healthy Planet and Chief Circularity Officer at Mars, Inc., where she leads the cross-segment strategy, goals, and target development for Climate, Deforestation, Water, Land Use, and Packaging. She has spent the majority of her career driving sustainability through eco-system partnerships at companies such as P&G, Starbucks, and Coca-Cola. She sits on the board for VCA Charities, a nonprofit focused on animal rescue. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke.
