The Recycling Partnership

Ali Blandina is the Senior Director of Material Systems at The Recycling Partnership, a mission-driven organization committed to protecting the planet by fixing recycling and activating a circular economy in the U.S.

Ali has spent nearly 2 decades in sustainability roles uniting stakeholders, building clarity around complicated issues, and moving from thought leadership to action leadership in advancing a circular economy. She lends her collaborative expertise to The Recycling Partnership by leading the Circularity Council, a group of leaders and experts from all sectors of the recycling system committed to understanding recyclability challenges, removing barriers to address pressing issues, and catalyzing system change. She also co-leads strategy for new and existing material-specific ventures, helping guide the industry toward more circular, scalable packaging solutions. In addition, Ali launched The Partnership’s Pathway to Circularity Framework and the Polypropylene Recycling Coalition, two groundbreaking initiatives that turned system thinking into measurable impact.

Prior to The Partnership, Ali spent nearly a decade innovating and executing sustainable packaging and environmental impact efforts for Keurig Dr Pepper, one of the nation’s leading beverage companies. This experience helped her develop a deep passion for cross-industry collaboration and the power of partnership in solving complex system challenges.
