* The SPC reserves the right to close registration earlier than the date specified dependant on when the event reaches registration capacity.
Registrations are non-transferable. If you are registered under a complimentary member ticket, please notify the SPC Events Team by Friday, April 10th, 2026 by email to spcevents@greenblue.org and we will cancel your existing registration. That will free up the space to be used by a colleague.
Yes, if you can’t make it, please still notify the SPC Events Team by Friday, April 10th, 2026 by email to spcevents@greenblue.org we will cancel your existing registration. Registrations are nonrefundable.
No, all tickets are for the full duration of the event.

Program, Presentations & Exhibit Hall
Tours are currently scheduled for Tuesday, April 21st and Thursday, April 23rd. There will be no overlapping sessions on Tuesday, April 21st, however, there may be overlapping sessions on Thursday, April 23rd.
Yes, please check out our agenda to see which sessions you want to attend. You can also build your own schedule on the app once it is launched. A few sessions do require sign up in advance due to room capacity, so we ask that you don’t switch sessions once the sessions start, out of respect for the presenters and other attendees.
No, the sessions won’t be recorded, live streamed or available on-demand after the event.
Yes, after the event you will receive a link by email to access the presentations.
Yes. Information on location will be announced at a later date.
Venue Accomodations
The event will be at the Omni Nashville. The address is 250 Fifth Ave South, Nashville, Tennessee, 37203
The SPC has secured an event room block at the host hotel, Omni Nashville. The room rate is $319+ and the cutoff date to book is Monday, March 30th, 2026. Please visit this link to book your room. To ensure a successful and seamless experience for all attendees, we’ve secured discounted room block at the Omni Nashville. Booking within this room block helps us fulfill our hotel agreements, manage event costs, and continue offering high-quality event programs.
Attendees who choose accommodations outside of the official room blocks will be required to contribute $300 to our Accommodations Commitment Fee. This fee helps offset the financial impact to the event when our room block commitments are not met. A payment link will be sent via email the week before the event.
To avoid this fee, please use the exclusive booking links provided above & in your registration confirmation email.
This is to accommodate an increasing number of attendees with vegetarian and vegan diets and to lower the emissions from food from a multi-day large event.
The SPC Impact 2026 program includes the following meals for event attendees:
- Breakfast – Wednesday, 22nd and Thursday, 23rd April
- Lunch – Wednesday, 22nd and Thursday, 23rd April
- Networking Breaks – Throughout the event
Meals served at the conference venue will be completely vegetarian with vegan and gluten free options available.
All food will be clearly labeled.

Tours

You can only sign up for one tour per day as they are happening concurrently.
No you cannot switch or transfer tours once they are purchased. Please note that tour registrations are non-refundable.
Our first recommendation would be to make another selection that has spots available. Alternatively you can still add yourself to the waitlist to see if a space becomes available. We won’t be opening a second group for any of the tours as capacities are set by the organizations hosting the tours.
No. You must sign up and pay for your place on a tour in advance of the event to take part. Some tours require specific requirements that need to be met at least the week before the event.
