Event Tickets & Registration

When does registration open and close for the event?

Registration opens TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH, 2025
Registration closes SUNDAY, APRIL 19TH, 2026*
* The SPC reserves the right to close registration earlier than the date specified dependant on when the event reaches registration capacity.

I can’t attend anymore, can I transfer my event registration to a colleague?

Registrations are non-transferable. If you are registered under a complimentary member ticket, please notify the SPC Events Team by Friday, April 10th, 2026 by email to spcevents@greenblue.org and we will cancel your existing registration. That will free up the space to be used by a colleague.

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, if you can’t make it, please still notify the SPC Events Team by Friday, April 10th, 2026 by email to spcevents@greenblue.org we will cancel your existing registration. Registrations are nonrefundable.

Do you offer one day passes?

No, all tickets are for the full duration of the event.

Can I request a refund?

All event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please see the registrations policy page for more details.

Program, Presentations & Exhibit Hall

Are there program sessions happening at the same time of the tours?

Tours are currently scheduled for Tuesday, April 21st and Thursday, April 23rd. There will be no overlapping sessions on Tuesday, April 21st, however, there may be overlapping sessions on Thursday, April 23rd.

Will there be overlapping sessions?

Yes, please check out our agenda to see which sessions you want to attend. You can also build your own schedule on the app once it is launched. A few sessions do require sign up in advance due to room capacity, so  we ask that you don’t switch sessions once the sessions start, out of respect for the presenters and other attendees.

Are the sessions going to be recorded?

No, the sessions won’t be recorded, live streamed or available on-demand after the event.

Are the slides going to be shared?

Yes, after the event you will receive a link by email to access the presentations.

Will there be exhibitors at the event?

Yes. Information on location will be announced at a later date.

Venue Accomodations

Where is the event going to be held?

The event will be at the Omni Nashville. The address is 250 Fifth Ave South, Nashville, Tennessee, 37203

Is there a room block available for event attendees?

The SPC has secured an event room block at the host hotel, Omni Nashville. The room rate is $319+ and the cutoff date to book is Monday, March 30th, 2026. Please visit this link to book your room. To ensure a successful and seamless experience for all attendees, we’ve secured discounted room block at the Omni Nashville. Booking within this room block helps us fulfill our hotel agreements, manage event costs, and continue offering high-quality event programs.

Attendees who choose accommodations outside of the official room blocks will be required to contribute $300 to our Accommodations Commitment Fee. This fee helps offset the financial impact to the event when our room block commitments are not met. A payment link will be sent via email the week before the event.

Why do you serve vegetarian and vegan menus?

This is to accommodate an increasing number of attendees with vegetarian and vegan diets and to lower the emissions from food from a multi-day large event.

Will meals be served at the event?

The SPC Impact 2026 program includes the following meals for event attendees:

  • Breakfast – Wednesday, 22nd and Thursday, 23rd April
  • Lunch – Wednesday, 22nd and Thursday, 23rd April
  • Networking Breaks – Throughout the event
What menus will be served at the event?

Meals served at the conference venue will be completely vegetarian with vegan and gluten free options available.

All food will be clearly labeled.

Tours

When are the tours happening?

Tours are currently scheduled for Tuesday, April 21st and Thursday, April 23rd. Please see the tours page for more details.

Can I sign up for more than one tour?

You can only sign up for one tour per day as they are happening concurrently.

Can I switch tours once I have signed up?

No you cannot switch or transfer tours once they are purchased. Please note that tour registrations are non-refundable.

The tour that I want to go to is full. Do you have a wait list or are you going 
to open a second group?

Our first recommendation would be to make another selection that has spots available. Alternatively you can still add yourself to the waitlist to see if a space becomes available. We won’t be opening a second group for any of the tours as capacities are set by the organizations hosting the tours.

I can’t make it anymore. Can I cancel my tour attendance?
Yes, please email spcevents@greenblue.org to cancel your tour. Please note that tours registrations are non-refundable.
Can I go on a tour if I didn’t register in advance?

No. You must sign up and pay for your place on a tour in advance of the event to take part. Some tours require specific requirements that need to be met at least the week before the event.
