Susannah directs her team in designing primary and secondary, quantitative and qualitative research projects. She plays a key role at the front end in making sure we’re asking the right questions and then helps dissect the findings and boil them down to the most important insights – the ones that pave the way for recommended marketing strategies and creative approaches. She works closely with the account management and creative departments to offer ideas, support and information needed to meet client goals.
For about three years prior to joining Shelton Group, Susannah served as president of SE Consulting, leading the development of research-based strategies for a variety of clients, including DIY Network and the makers of GORE-TEX®. She has also served as Director of Qualitative Research and later VP of Strategic Planning & New Business for market research firm U30 Group, Inc.
