Camille Herrera Consulting

Camille Herrera is a circular packaging and sustainability advisor specializing in PET thermoforms, recycled content, and agricultural supply chains. Her expertise was developed through six years as Sustainability Manager for Driscoll’s of the Americas, where she led packaging sustainability initiatives and helped establish one of North America’s first supply chains capable of returning recycled PET thermoforms back into clamshell packaging. Her work moved select suppliers from 0% recycled content from PET thermoforms to 21%, increasing Driscoll’s overall usage to 11%, while supporting total postconsumer recycled content levels of at least 30% and often closer to 50%. In that role, she advised industry organizations including the California Strawberry Commission and Western Growers. Today, Camille advises brands, manufacturers, and NGOs on packaging, circularity, and supply chain challenges at the intersection of agriculture and sustainability. She holds a MESM from UC Santa Barbara, where she specialized in life cycle assessment and corporate environmental management.
