Trina Matta is a sustainability and public policy leader with expertise in recycling systems and EPR policy in the United States. As Executive Director of Policy at The Recycling Partnership, Trina leads advocacy and implementation related to EPR, advising on regulatory interpretation, program design, and interest holder engagement. Trina’s experience spans the nonprofit, government, and private sectors. She excels at managing complex, multi-partner initiatives involving producers, recyclers, state agencies and local governments. Trina holds a Master in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and lives in Atlanta, GA.
