Malaika is a Packaging Specialist, supporting delivery of the UK Packaging Pact with a focus on removal of packaging from uncut fresh produce and packaging reuse systems. She works across the Global Plastics Pact network to coordinate collaboration and help scale practical solutions to packaging reduction. Her experience spans circular food and packaging systems across the public and private sectors. She leads the fresh produce packaging removal working group, bringing together stakeholders to accelerate progress, and has authored a report looking at the commercial business case for packaging reduction. She brings a collaborative and delivery focused approach, helping turn ambition into coordinated action.
