With over 20 years of experience and deep expertise in sustainability and circularity, Sofie is a troubleshooter with a proven track record of setting up, growing and managing expert teams, embedding governance structures, and creating and implementing impactful sustainability strategies.
She has held leadership roles at Versuni (formerly Royal Philips Domestic Appliances), PVH and Tommy Hilfiger, as well as Karl Lagerfeld, G-STAR RAW, Cascale, Schuttelaar & Partners and Fair Wear Foundation.
