Dr. Paolo Glerean is an expert in the circular economy and currently serves as the Head of Sales and Marketing at Aliplast SpA. A graduate in Economics from the University of Trieste, Dr. Glerean has spent over two decades at the forefront of the plastics industry.
He is a prominent voice in European recycling policy, serving as the Chairman of the RecyClass Platform and Vice-President of PET Sheet Europe (Sector Group of EuPC). His leadership includes board positions at Plastics Recyclers Europe Association and Assorimap (Italian plastics Recyclers Association).
Prior to his current roles, he led R&D departments, providing strategic consultancy specialized in plastics recycling and innovation.
