Amanda Humes serves as Director of Packaging Stewardship at Conagra Brands and sits on the Board of Directors for Circular Action Alliance. At Conagra, Amanda has strategic accountability for Conagra’s response to EPR and other packaging legislation and is responsible for partnering internally and externally to develop and deliver on Conagra’s stewardship roadmap.
She is an experienced leader of corporate engineering teams, developing and executing strategies for supply chain optimization, top and bottom line growth, emerging packaging technologies, improving sustainability attributes, and other types of packaging-focused efforts in the food and beverage industry. Amanda brings with her a lifelong passion and curiosity for how packaging design decisions affect recycling and sustainability outcomes.
Amanda holds a BS and MS in Packaging from Michigan State University and is currently based out of Omaha, Nebraska where she enjoys global travel, live music, and a good cup of coffee.
