Ashleigh Hotz is the Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing at SmartSolve, where she leads strategic initiatives and drives customer engagement in innovative, zero-waste, flushable packaging materials. She is the founder of the Lily Jane Garden Club, a group of women dedicated to inspiring beauty, biodiversity, and sustainable local food production through backyard gardening. Ashleigh also serves as Co-Founder and Board President of G.E.T. HOPE Veteran’s Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing community, hope, and healing for veterans across Northwest Ohio.
