With more than 20 years of experience, Eric brings a systems-focused, results-driven approach to public engagement that is grounded in customer insights, behavioral research, and data analytics.
He has worked across the CPG, retail, NGO, and EPR sectors developing and leading sustainability-focused programs, outreach campaigns, and engagement strategies that connect people to meaningful action to drive measurable change.
