Christiana is Chief of Staff to Jeremy Oppenheim and works within the Materials and Circular Economy Platform at Systemiq, primarily on plastics and packaging. She has worked with brands, retailers and packaging manufacturers on developing packaging strategies, with a particular focus on policy, design and reuse systems. Christiana led the analysis for a returnable packaging study with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation looking at its economic and environmental impact compared to single-use. Prior to Systemiq, Christiana worked at the Modern Milkman, a UK-based scale-up delivering groceries in reusable packaging, where she led the development of tools to improve the operational performance of their reusable packaging supply chain. Christiana has a background in finance, having worked for Goldman Sachs Asset Management as a portfolio manager and trader, and has a first-class degree in Engineering from the University of Oxford.
