Dario Accorona is a Principal in the Milan office of BCG, where he advises international clients in the paper and packaging sector on transformation, strategy, and sustainability. He is part of BCG’s global Climate and Sustainability Practice, focusing on decarbonization initiatives and ESG strategy development across different organizations.
Dario brings expertise in helping companies transition toward more sustainable operations supporting efforts that span from carbon footprint reduction to the integration of circular business models. His work has included cross-functional transformations, energy transition planning, and embedding sustainability into core business strategy.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD, as well as a Master’s in Energy Engineering and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.
