STEPS FOR REPORTING YOUR EXHIBITOR BOOTH CARBON IMPACT:
- Create your own copy of our Carbon Tracking Spreadsheet (Google Sheet or Excel Version)
- Fill in any relevant info to your exhibitor booth, including graphics, built items, and the shipping of your items to and from our event.

RECOMMENDATIONS TO PREPARE
As you plan your exhibitor booth, please consider its carbon impact and make conscious choices:
- Strive for reusable signage that can continue to be used for events in the future
- If printing is necessary, choose to print on 100% recyclable materials
- Avoid giving away unnecessary swag at your booth
