
Booth Equipment
Each 10′ (wide) x 8′ (deep) booth will be set with high 8ft back drape, and short 3ft side drape, one 6ft table (not draped) and two chairs. The booths and exhibit areas are carpeted with the existing hotel carpet.
All other materials, signage etc. is to be shipped and set up by exhibitors.

Storage
Exhibitors have access to the Center Stage Room on the 2nd floor. Please use this room to store packaging/boxes etc to keep the booths looking neat & tidy.

Excessive Trash
Any excessive trash which consists of display materials, carpet, padding, crates and/or pallets must be organized with the venue on site. Excessive booth materials and/or literature left in the booth at the end of the published exhibitor move-out that is not labeled for an outbound shipment will be considered abandoned and deemed as trash.
Please also do your best to use recyclable materials for promotional items and try to minimize waste when creating and gathering your assets for your booth.
