Roxanne Spiekerman is the National Plastics Director for Circular Action Alliance (CAA) and a seasoned plastics recycling and manufacturing leader with more than 20 years of industry experience. A former Chair and Board Member of the Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR), she has led the operation and commissioning of film recycling facilities, development of mixed rigid plastics recycling lines, and organics recycling programs through her work with Roplast Industries and the international Schwarz Group. Her career has focused on advancing recycling infrastructure, end market development, and circular economy solutions.
