Predrag Ozmo leads global sustainability efforts for Ball Corporation’s Growth Ventures, with a strategic focus on Personal & Home Care packaging products, including aluminium aerosol cans and bottles. In this role, he drives high-impact engagement with global key accounts and contributes to the development of Ball’s overarching sustainability strategy.
Predrag is responsible for leading initiatives on refillable and reusable packaging solutions, and for embedding sustainability into commercial strategies across the value chain. He advises Ball’s global commercial and procurement teams on integrating sustainability into business development, customer partnerships, and sourcing strategies.
He also oversees the creation and execution of joint sustainability action plans with major global customers. His work spans critical areas such as packaging optimization, carbon footprint reduction, responsible material sourcing, circularity, and end-of-life solutions.
