Kaitlin Reese is a Consultant at Eunomia Research & Consulting, where she brings a strong foundation in quantitative and qualitative analysis to advance circular economy initiatives across North America. Since joining Eunomia in 2022, Kaitlin has led research and modeling efforts for state-level recycling needs assessments, including recent work in Illinois, Colorado, and Maryland. Her contributions to EPR projects include project management, stakeholder engagement, material flow analysis, and cost-benefit modeling to support evidence-based policy design. Kaitlin also oversaw the development of an interactive tool that helps brands evaluate environmental and financial KPIs for reusable beverage container systems, fostering cross-sector collaboration and innovation. Prior to her consulting work, Kaitlin served in the San Francisco Department of the Environment, where she focused on zero waste and green building programs. She holds an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Haverford College.
