Jocelyn Quarrell is the co-founder and CEO of Bold Reuse (formerly GO Box), a reusable serviceware and circular logistics company she started in Oregon in 2018. After bootstrapping the business for five years, she has grown it into a venture-backed operator serving NFL stadiums, arenas, and large events across Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Chicago, Kansas City, and Charlotte, with channel partners including PepsiCo, Levy, and Oak View Group. Bold Reuse’s Circular Intelligence System manages reusable inventory through washing, delivery, return, and recirculation, and the company holds an EPA SBIR Phase II contract.
Jocelyn has more than 15 years of experience building shared-access systems. At Alta Bicycle Share she helped launch bike share in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, Chattanooga, and Columbus. Earlier, she worked at Zipcar in corporate customer success and member acquisition. She has served as Board President of the Oregon Timber Trail Alliance and on City of Portland cycling advisory committees. She lives in Portland with her husband Danny, her dog Bruno, and too many bicycles.
