Jenny B Roberts has spent her career dedicated to building a more efficient and sustainable food system. She has supported companies like Whole Foods, Walmart and Starbucks to transition their supply chains to more ethical and environmental practices over her 20 years in sustainable sourcing.
She currently serves as Senior Director of Sustainability and Procurement at CAVA – a progressive Mediterranean national chain that seeks to make food a force for good. In her role as the sourcing director and the company’s first sustainability lead, she is responsible for purchasing decisions as well as setting and leading the company’s ESG strategy and fulfilling the company’s ethos to source and serve its ingredients sustainably at scale.
