Charles David Mathieu-Poulin is a sustainability and circular economy expert, with over 12 years of experience in the printing, packaging and recycling industries. He is the Lead, Office of the CEO, Strategic Projects and Governmental Affairs at EEQ, the producer responsibility organization in charge of modernizing the curbside recycling system in Québec through EPR. In this role, he ensures the implementation of the organization’s vision and strategy, and acts as liaison between ÉEQ and the various levels of government and other organizations in and outside Quebec. Charles David is also involved in several technical committees and industry initiatives, including as a strategic advisor to the Circular Plastics Taskforce (CPT).
