Britt Staley is Senior Director of Innovation for Consumer Packaging North America at Smurfit Westrock, based at the company’s Experience Center in Richmond, Virginia.
Her experience spans innovation, product development, commercialization, design, sales, marketing, and sustainability, with a focus on translating customer needs into practical, scalable packaging solutions.
In addition to her role at Smurfit Westrock, Britt is active in community leadership, serving on the Board of Directors of GreenBlue, the St. Catherine’s School Board of Governors, and the Advisory Council of the Salvation Army of Central Virginia’s Red Shield Youth Center. Britt holds a B.S. from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. She lives in Richmond with her husband and 2 children.
